I’m Katie Timmermann, and I bring small-town values, a strong work ethic, and over 20 years of experience helping people achieve their dreams—first in the RV industry on California’s Central Coast and SW Washington, and now in real estate. Growing up in a tight-knit Nebraska community of fewer than 200 people, I learned the importance of hard work, integrity, and showing up for others.

A lifelong athlete, I developed discipline, teamwork, and determination on the field—qualities that continue to guide me in every client interaction. My time in the RV industry allowed me to help individuals and families pursue freedom, adventure, and lifelong memories. It sharpened my ability to listen, solve problems, and understand what people truly want—a perspective I now bring to helping clients buy or sell their homes.
